Panelists voluntarily participate in our studies and for this, provide us with their Personal Information such as their age, marital status, zip code, such as their age, marital status, zip code, email address, gender, parental status, employment status, income bracket, affiliation & living arrangement.
1.8 We collect Personal Information from Panelists based on their consent when they manually enter or otherwise disclose such data.

This general data does not include any personally identifiable information and may be shared with third parties, such as Customers, advertisers, partners, and other entities, for their marketing, advertising, promotional and other purposes. By participating in the survey, Panelist consents to the use and sharing of this anonymized and aggregated data. If Panelist has any concerns or wishes to opt-out, it shall contact us through the methods specified in this Privacy Policy.
3. Who Do We Disclose Personal Information To
3.1 We do not share Customer’s or Panelist’s Personal Information, unless:
3.1.1 Doing so is appropriate to carry out Customer’s own request, including sharing or giving access to its Personal Information to our service providers for the purposes of providing services;
3.1.2 We believe it is needed to enforce our Privacy Policy, or if it is required, requested or demanded by law or any regulation or order;

3.3 Customer hereby acknowledges that we use Hubspot for contact relationship management and Jotform for their convenience when filling forms.
3.4 Panelist hereby acknowledges that we use Panelfox for panel management and research recruitment.
4. Safeguarding and Retention of Your Personal Information
4.1 The protection of your Personal Information is vital to us. We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Information. These security measures include, but are not limited to actions and programs like web application firewall, intrusion detection, blocking of hostile countries by IP address.
