The purpose of this study is to establish salary benchmarks within the Orthodox Jewish community to assist employees and employers seeking to understand market standards. Your participation in this survey is voluntary. All responses will be kept confidential and anonymous, employing all ethical standards throughout the data collection and analysis process. Please answer each question to the best of your ability. Your honest and accurate responses will help ensure the validity of the findings. Food Shopping Survey

No purchase necessary to enter/win. Begins on July 1, 2024, at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Daylight Time (EST 4:00 PM); ends August 30, 2024, at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Daylight Time (EST -12:00 AM ) or when we receive our allotted number of responses, whichever is earlier (“Sweepstakes Period”). You must complete and submit the survey and enter your contact information during the Sweepstakes Period to earn an entry in the sweepstakes. Open only to those who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Open only to respondents specifically fit to complete the survey. Void where prohibited by law. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address and/or telephone number. A single grand prize winner will be chosen in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Subject to verification of eligibility, the potential winner selected will receive one (1) $1000 Visa gift card. Winners will be chosen by approx. August 30, 2024, and notified by email or telephone by approx. August 30, 2024. The potential winner must redeem the gift card as instructed in the notification from Visa within seven (7) days or he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected (time permitting). The winner is liable for all taxes and all other costs or expenses related to acceptance and use of the prize and not specified as being included as part of the prize. The “Sponsor” of this sweepstakes is Mispar, 83 Wilder Road, Suffer, NY 10901. The prize may not be exchanged for cash. Mispar reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value for any reason. Mispar may disqualify an entrant or winner at any time if such person is found to be in violation of these rules or Mispar’s requirements. Mispar will not be responsible for the inability of any potential winner to accept, receive, or use the prize for any reason, including, without limitation, where Mispar’s awarding of the prize to a potential winner would violate any laws, rules, or regulations applicable to Mispar.
