With our unique ecosystems and financial framework, the Orthodox Frum community has long operated outside typical salary brackets, making it difficult for workforce participants to rely on standard benchmarks.
With the goal to bring clarity to a topic that rarely makes the pay grade, Mispar launched the first-ever salary benchmark survey in the Jewish community to demystify compensation for employers and employees.
Responses were collected from both employers and employees across various industries, with employers submitting salary data for multiple team members and employees sharing their own compensation details. The result is a comprehensive, insider look at what people in different locations, fields, and demographics are earning.
Follow along to explore some of the insights we’ve gleaned, sharing snippets of salary averages, industry-specific trends, and notable community patterns.
Who Participated?
When collecting the data, we aimed to cover a broad range of industries, communities, and profiles. While married respondents make up a significant proportion, we achieved a close representation between genders in our pool of close to 3,500 position entries.
